Just a thought: but this sounds like INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS an inflammation/infection where the urge to urinate originates in the bladder wall itself rather than the superficial lining! Discuss with your Family Physician/GYN this can be "stubborn" and there is SPECIFIC TREATMENT! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
