Emergency: If you cannot pass urine, then the kidneys are in danger due to the back up of urine. This should be addressed emergently if you do not have access to a primary care physician.

Go to Emergecy Dept: You have urinary retention with some blood drops.You should go to the ER and get it checked as you may need catheterization and get checked to find the cause of retention.It may be an infection,a stone or enlarged prostate or prostatitis
