Hemorrhagic cystitis: Very likely a bladder infection. Suggest getting a clean voided sample to a laboratory as soon as possible for culture + sensitivities ; see your dr for urinalysis ; prescription for antibiotics. U might like to take Pyridium (phenazopyridine) or Azo to relieve burning sensation in bladder ; urethra. Very, very unlikely to be cancer.
