See your Physician : Lab results, xrays, scans and all medical work ups are best interpreted by the treating or consulting physician within the context of the problem and in the patient he/she is treating. Your best chances are to discuss it with your physician , he/she knows your situation best.

Ask your doctor: It is normal to have lymph nodes in all areas of your neck, so this in itself is not suspicious. The lymph nodes you listed are also within a normal expected size range. You should ask your doctor if there is anything else about these nodes that appears suspicious. There are several kinds of thyroid cancer, so it would also be a good idea to ask your doctor what additional tests can be done.
