May need cryosurgery: If the lesions are being removed surgically (scalpel), they might want to try cryosurgery (freeze them with liquid nitrogen). They often recur. But, some tissue needs to be biopsied first to make sure it is not squamous cell carcinoma...Commonly associated with hpv.
