Not a stigma: Mental disorder is not a stigma and it is not a result of a flaw. Your doctor will understand your problems and start helping you or direct you to one that may help you without any preconceived judgements, talk to your doctor and you will be surprised how supportive he or she will be.

Cutting or Suicidal: Self injurious attitudes and behaviors are a complex process and need to be understood and explained by your doctor.Suicidal ideations, thoughts would clear up with good treatment don't be afraid be open with your doctor she will understand and help you deal with these issues.Avoiding or staying in denial will not help the situation.Good luck.
