Low probability.: Risk of getting HIV from oral sex is very low, probably close to zero. Incidentally, herpes takes longer than half a day to incubate, so your herpes lesion was not caused by that exposure - or else it was caused by something other than herpes.

Possible: If you have any ulcer or cut in your mouth while performing oral sex, there is a possiblity to be infected with HIV if there is also ulceration or lesion in the vagina.
