Sounds pretty normal: At 10 days, mild pain and pressure after rhinoplasty is not unusual. It should slowly improve--if it does not, return to your surgeon to be checked out.

Yes: Mild pain and pressure are not uncommon 10 days after rhinoplasty and are often related to nasal congestion. If these symptoms do not improve, discuss with your surgeon.
