Can i lower my cholesterol without medicine?

Yes: Careful diet management, with reduced fat, avoiding fried foods, switching to whole grains and low fat dairy products will help. Increasing exercise will help. Some people will need to use medicines in addition. Lowering your cholesterol is important to help reduce your risk of heart disease.

Find and Fix Causes: The first step is to determine why your cholesterol is elevated. Several inherited and acquired medical conditions will affect LDL levels. Second, if related conditions are identified i would treat those while also starting diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications. Third, cardiovascular risk status must be determined and the appropriate LDL target selected to ensure adequate LDL lowering.
