Gyn cancer: Post menopausal bleeding is a common sign of endometrial cancer and only rarely is it a sign of ovarian cancer. It can also be a sign of cervical cancer.

Clarify: In the early stages of ovarian cancer, you experience nothing, except for the unusual case in which an ovarian tumor (usually a benign one) causes the uterus to bleed. Only later do the symptoms appear, resulting from a pelvic mass compressing nearby organs, etc.
