Likely Normal: I'd recommend that your son see a pediatric cardiologist if the pcp feels the murmur is unusual or if it has changed. However, those vital signs are pretty normal given his age. A murmur is just an extra sound, it may or not mean there is a problem. A pediatric cardiologist will be able to assess the location, quality, and timing of the murmur to determine if any additional tests need to be done.

It's something else: Most heart murmurs that have never required intervention by age 14 are simple flow murmurs of little significance. The other numbers you provide are well within the normal range. If he is lethargic, it is likely unrelated to the heart but a visit with his regular doc would be worthwhile.
