Yes.: Possible to have more than two. Murmur is sound of moving blood. If i had perfect ears i would be able to hear blood moving through all four valves in both directions giving me ability to hear 8 murmurs at once placing me on par with dr. Wenckebach. Often an echo is needed to define and quantify a complicated murmur.
