See your doc: Your doctor may be able to remove this in the office. If not, you may need to have a minor surgical procedure to remove it. Good luck.

Earring: You will need surgery to get this out. This can sometimes be done under local anesthesia. You should see an ENT or plastic surgeon for this procedure.
