I : I cannot diagnose your lump. If it is on the back of the ear it could be a post-auricular cyst. A sebaceous cyst contains dead skin and oil. You could have an infection. If it is behind the ear, you may have a swollen lymph node. I suggest you get it checked by your doctor so that the cause can be identified. The doctor can give better information about whether it will resolve of its own or if any intervention is necessary.
