Get a doctor to exam: You need to be examined by a doctor to determine the cause of the swollen lymph nodes. This can be done by an ENT doctor or a general physician. If they suspect cancer a biopsy of the lymph node is done to make a proper diagnosis. But swollen lymph glands can also be due to infection in which case an ENT doctor can treat you with antibiotics.
