Oxycr: Firstly we have to ask how long have you been on this. You may developed a tolerance and this results in less effect. Also the med has to be taken q12hrs and not ever q 8hrs by design. I would suggest you talk to the prescriber and possibly switch to something better like Exalgo which is one a day.
