You could do 2: The use of 2x120mm=240mg for a 39lb (17.7kg) falls into the range of 10-15mg/kg (180-266mg) that is safe for short term use. Be aware that supossitories are sometimes erratically absorbed & a switch to an oral form when tolerated is advised.
