Try hydrocortisone: It the rash looks like an even red throughout then it is most likely in the eczema family and 2.5% Hydrocortisone cream should help. If the rash appears to be clearing in the middle then you may have a fungal infection so i would rub Lamisil (terbinafine) cream into rash with the hydrocortisone.
