Hmm: If you are getting worse, having fevers, having ear pain, can't move neck, having trouble opening mouth, or can't tolerate anything by mouth, then definetly go back right away for followup. If your cutlrure was a true negative, then you have a virus, which should be improving after 5-7 days and not getting worse or plateu-ing. If you are unsure, go back in!
