Sinus issue: When a cold persists beyond 10-14 days then a sinus infection could be the issue. Sinus infections can lead to cough, post nasal discharge, and fatigue. Frequently there is no fever. Foul tasting nasal discharge could also be a sign of infection. See your doctor and don't be surprised if you are prescribe antibiotics.
