URI: The symptoms you describe are typical for a viral upper respiratory infection. You will feel miserable for the next 3 to 5 days and then will start to clear up. Treatment is really symptomatic and i recommend using afrin nasal spray for severe congestion, Ibuprofen if you feel achy and ipratropium nasal spray if you are really drippy. If not getting better after 7 to 10 days see your doctor.
