See her pediatrician: First molars erupt at age 6-7 and it can be earlier or late. During eruption of teeth, it can also be associated with low grade fever and increased metabolism. It is uncomfortable and annoying but a headache and stomache should not be related. It can be a virus or bacterial. Please call her pediatrician asap.

Palliative care : Give your child palliative care: 1. Encourage fluids. 2. A children's pain reliever per age and weight. 3. If your child runs a high fever or the fever lasts 2 to 3 days contact your pediatrician. Teething comes with a certain amount of discomfort, sometimes all you can do is offer support. We all had to go through teething; your child will get through it too.
