No magic...: There are many factors related to soft, even, young-looking skin. By far the one with the greatest impact is sun avoidance. Good moisturization, avoidance of irritants, anti-wrinkle creams can all be helpful, but the one "treatment" that will have the most lasting and protective value is daily sun protection. Health and nail/skin: Genetic plays a major role in the health and appearance of your skin/nails/hair. If you were born with not so good skin and nails, likely they will remain so. If you had had good skin before and now not so, you may get that back with getting healthy--eat a healthy, balanced diet, sleep adequately, drinking plenty of fluids, minimize make-up, n exercise regularly will help. . Consult doc. Good luc.
