Exam: That's one of those complaints that needs further investigation. Sometimes it is something serious; other times it is nothing to worry about. I have seen patients with pain in their heads who had brain tumors and others who just had tension and the pain that goes with that. A doctor should see you and determine if you need imaging (x-rays or mri.).
