Hard to say?: Without a picture or an exam, i don't believe anyone can tell you. Repharase your quesition and give more information. Age would ben nice to know. Any trauma. Since birth? Do your relatives look the same? Interesting question but just can't answer based on your limited question. Sorry! that is my flat-out answer!
