Does 1 cm fibroid on front of uterus effect fertility?

Usually not: A small fibroid like yours is doesn't effect fertility unless it is on the inner lining of the uterus and protrudes into the cavity of the uterus. Then it can impact fertility by increasing the chance of a miscarriage.

Depends on Location: If it is in the lining or endometrium (submucosal) it may impair implantation. If it is in the wall (intramural) or on the outside (subserosal or pedunculated) then no.
