Yes: Good nutrition is vital for good skin. Almost every vitamin deficiency results in different skin changes from hair loss to rashes to color changes.

Wrong question: What you eat is very important. Eat your vegetables. Reduce or eliminate red meats, salami, hot dogs, fried foods, very sugary products. Avoid gluttony. But there are NO specific diets to improve skin of people who are normal. If you have dermatitis herpetiformis you will be instructed on a strict gluten- free diet. If you have hemochromatosis you will need to beware of iron and vitamin C etc etc
