Irritant reaction: Hydrocortisone or a stronger topical steroid can help. Why would you deliberately put toothpaste on your skin I wonder?

Chemical Burn: The essential oils in the toothpaste burned your skin. In the future please use products specifically designed for skin blemishes and leave the toothpaste for cleaning your teeth.

Irritant Dermatitis: Using any toothpaste for your skin care can cause more redness and irritation. Please don't ever do this to your skin, save the toothpaste for your teeth only. If the irritation persists more than 10 days, please get it evaluated by your GP or dermatologist.

Hopefully: Hopefully the skin damage will eventually heal without leaving a permanent mark. What you have done is the equivalent of a burn. Toothpaste should NEVER be used for anything outside the mouth. Advisable to immediately consult with a skin specialist, a Dermatologist.
