Atypical reflux: Yes your symptoma may be related to silent reflux.A course of twice daily theraputic ppi should be tried to see if you grt symptoimatic relief.

Yes & maybe: 'silent' reflux can cause symptoms of post-nasal drainage, voice changes, sensation of tickle or something stuck in the throat, cough, frequent throat clearing, among other subtle symptoms of laryngopharyngeal reflux. It is certainly reasonable that reflux contributes to sinonasal disorders, but there are many other things that can result in swollen turbinates.
