Get tested ASAP: Don't take a chance. As you know Chlamydia is a STI, and can be prevented by safe sex practices. Most importantly, you need to be tested again for STIs as it may lead to permanent infertility, or unable to have children. Get tested right away.

See GYN: If you contracted chlamydia but your sexual partner did not receive the treatment, it is not surprising that you will get reinfected as long as you have the same sexual partner. Talk to your GYN. Both of you should be tested for other STD as well.
