When after taking medication for bacterial vaginosis will symptoms subside?

Usually 2-4 days: The symptoms of bacterial vaginosis usually start to improve within 2-4 days of starting the antibiotic. But don't stop the antibiotic early! doctors recommend that you take all the medication prescribed, or you increase the chance the infection will come back.
