A member asked:

I have had bilateral excruciating lower pretib pain daily for two months, not a runner or walker. was at night now neuralgia like all day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Burning Neuropathy: If your symptoms are symmetric then it suggests a peripheral neuropathy. This may present with restless legs particularly at night. A nerve root injury from the back is less likely as they usually present in one limb or asymmetric if involving both limbs. I hope this helps and good luck.
