Control the thyroid: I do not know what "pign problem" is. But you need to control the overactive thyroid to control the irreg heartbeat. This will involve medications (eg. Methimazole, b-blockers), and perhaps more permanent treatments such as radioactive iodine or surgery.

Clarify heart issue: Most people have a few irregular heartbeats, regardless of their thyroid status. If they are more than 5/minute, or run in a series, or take your breath away or cause you to faint, or are very unpleasant or your physician is concerned, then address these with him/her -- they may or may not be related to thyroid disease. If you smoke or drink a lot of coffee, think about stopping. Good luck.
