Negative workup: It is very frustrating and disappointing to have a negative workup, but still symptomatic. At this point your doc can tell you what is not wrong, but still is unable to give you a diagnosis for your symptoms. As long as you are not vomiting or febrile, ok to slow down testing and talk with your doc. Stay under care as a ct scan is the next step. Ct will show all the organs in abdomen/pelvis.

Infection : Many potential causes of abdominal and chest pain besides the gallbladder. A ct scan is the best imaging for that area.
