The question is : Are they bites or are they not. If they are bites then the answer to your question is they a bites. If not then some form of dermatitis which is difficult to analyze without seeing them. I would recommend you try an over the counter cortisone cream and you can apply that with an antibiotic cream 2-3 times day. If no improvement then visit a dermatologist or podiatrist.
