Watch it: There are a variety of iron-overload syndromes (the gene that was tested is only the most common of many), and if you'd recently taken an iron tablet this may have something to do with the high iron. I very much doubt that you have hemochromatosis but you can revisit this in a few years without any risk to your health, or consider a serum ferritin now.
