I bet so too: So what's next? The diagnosis isn't established yet. How do you feel? Thumbs hurt at the bases? Low libido? Anything else? Ask about your choices. Gene check? Liver imaging / biopsy? Or just watch it for a couple of years? The most important thing is that you're underway with smoking cessation. Maybe you can settle the other once you've achieved complete freedom from nicotine.
