I dont understand: Not sure i understand this. A moon cup is a removable menstrual cup. If i understand correctly you are saying it is stuck and attached to the cervix and you are having surgery to remove it. That seems strange but if that is true it should have no effect on an iud. An iud is located inside the uterus not inside the vagina. Removing the cup should not affect removing the iud.
