Keflex: This is how resistant organisms are created. If you take your antibiotic intermittently or for not enough time the easily killed germs die but the resistant ones are able to grow and take over the infection. Have your doctor culture the returned infection to determine if it can still be killed by the keflex.

Unknown: Short course in appropriately taken may select out for resistant organisms. This is how we loose perfectly good antibiotics. Including over use by physicians.

Probably not: Taking it halfway can actually breed antibiotic resistant bacteria and now that you've taken half the course, you probably don't have sufficient pills to complete a whole course again. Would recommend seeing your doctor and of course bringing up your previous treatment.
