Heart cath.?: Depends on why you had the stress test in the first place, for chest pain? If so, and the test was positive, you need a cardiac cath. And possibly a stent. If you had no symptoms, you might repeat the stress test with a nuclear tracer or echocardiogram.

Cad: The test suggests you may have narrowed heart arteries. You should discuss with your doctor. You may need more testing and will need diet, exercise and medications almost certainly. You also will need to understand what's going on. Get in touch with your doctor.
