Recently i have gone tmt test , the result is "test is positive for provocable myocardial ischaemia" pl. advise what i should do now.?

Heart cath.?: Depends on why you had the stress test in the first place, for chest pain? If so, and the test was positive, you need a cardiac cath. And possibly a stent. If you had no symptoms, you might repeat the stress test with a nuclear tracer or echocardiogram.
