My stress treadmill test positive for provocable ischemia with resuced specificity...what can i do now?

Stress test : If the stress test was positive , you should see a cardiologist for further evaluation and treatment options . Depending upon the symptoms and risk stratification of the stress test, you may need a heart catherization vs medical treatment.

Heart cath: Go see a good cardiologist, he/she will review test and may recommend a heart cath.

Nuclear stress: It should be followed by a nuclear stress test which had higher sensitivity and specificity.

Physician: You really need to discuss with the physician who ordered test. You need a referral to a good cardiologist to discuss options.
