Allergy?: You may just be very sensitive to spices or possibly allergic to one or more of the ingredients in the foods that you mentioned. Read the ingredients on the packages and try only one item at a time and see if you can isolate the cause of your symptoms. They may have a common spice or ingredient that you react to or possibly even several.

It is possible : That you are sensitive to some of the ingredients or more likely to the preservatives that are routinely used. Try a different brand. In the interim perhaps refrain from these foods altogether for a week to ten days - let the tissues normalize and then try to see which foods / brands trigger the response and which are more tolerable.
