Twitching: Important to distinguish between a twitch or a movement in the tongue muscle themselves. Tingling is a neurological symptom, but can be from a lot of causes. Check electrolytes, calcium, magnesium, phosphate levels, as well as thyroid levels. Something that perhaps your doctor should take a look at as well. Good luck.
