I would.: Sounds reasonable. Would follow closely. If persistent pain would probably obtain coronal sinus ct.

Ask your PCP: Ultimately this is something that you are going to need to discuss with your pcp prior to the infusion. Some of the ultimate decision depends on your overall immune status.
