Yes: It is unlikely you will have a problem 24h after your medication. Most reactions to this mecication occur during the actual infusion. The other main risk is infection. This would not change at home or away. I hope you enjoy your trip

Remicade (infliximab): You can go out of town in developed countries(US),but would take a thermometer, for temperature.. if you do get ill, diarrhea, pains,fever,cough, during your trip seek attention within 24 hours at an urgent care/ER and always have your doctor's number with you when traveling. Immunosuppressed should best avoid swimming in lakes, oceans (oxymetazoline) (bacteria), dusty/desert areas(mold),sleeping on the ground

Most likely: You can travel as long as your blood counts are normal and you are healthy. I just wouldn't travel with sick companions or visit any areas with known health outbreaks (so don't travel to foreign countries w/out discussing this with your doctor)
