Acetaminophen??: If you are referring to Acetaminophen (tylenol (acetaminophen)), the correct dose is 3.5 ml every 4-6 hours as needed of the tylenol (acetaminophen) concentration of 160 mg/ 5 ml. The old concentration of 80 mg in 0.8 ml is no longer available.
