When the : Abdomen is distended and tender and your baby is sick looking.Some breast fed babies don't go daily.They may not go for one week!

If they act sick: A baby who is eager to feed and stays in their usual pattern is usually fine.Breast fed babies can have a little poo each feed or a big blowout every 7-10 days.If the belly is soft and baby happy, give it some time.
