Erythromelalgia: This sounds like erythromelalgia it is an unusual disease characterized by redness and burning in the extremities. It is tough to treat. The cause or causes are obscure.

Raynaud's phenomenom: This might be a vasospastic condition. If you see these color changes in warmer temperatures, or when stressed it might indicate this. Temperature challenge tests may help diagnose this.
