I have hot , red feet and hands that come and go away. i recently had a blood test and my doctor said everything is okay. any ideas what this could be?

Raynaud's phenomenom: This might be a vasospastic condition. If you see these color changes in warmer temperatures, or when stressed it might indicate this. Temperature challenge tests may help diagnose this.
