I am a 23 year old female. i am experiencing red feet, blotchy legs and tingly feeling when standing. i have done blood tests, lumbar & cervical mris and both turned out ok. the doctors don't know what it is. any idea?

See below: If the doctors who examined you in-person were not able to diagnose, it is very unlikely that one of us, in this forum, will be more successful. One suggestion: If you are overweight, try to lose weight.

Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
