Stopping smoking &: I am surprised that you find smoking satisfying- my experience is that most smokers only feel satisfied because smoking eases your withdrawal from tobacco. Thus, if you stop you will no longer have the cravings that you use tobacco to satisfy. Exercise & meditation can lift your spirits & help you to feel better both physically & emotionally. Dying young &/or getting emphysema is not satisfying!

Positive Behaviors!: Getting lots of exercise, drinking water and eating fruits and vegetables will maximize your health and how you feel. If you are inclined, take up long walks and even running. After a while you will get that " runners' high" which is an endorphin release from exercise. Daily exercise can help you replace the " feel good" moment of cigarettes!
